If you rent from this location, make sure you check your paperwork! My sister was given a price of $30.44 (including taxes and fees) per day for a rental. When they produced the contract, the rate said $39 per day. When we questioned it, the man at the counter said that was just the way paperwork printed out. When I insisted they correct it, he refused and I had to press more for him to call a manager and they told us that it was $39 including taxes and fees despite being previously told otherwise. We refused and then the paperwork they gave us when we left for the refund showed that the rate they were charging her would have been $39 plus taxes and fees and would have came to $43.64 a day! 

The man at the desk has no clue what he is doing, is rude, doesn't care about customer service and needs to be fired. Most terrible experience I have ever had at a rental place! So rude and unprofessional!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially the fat ugly Indian man. They WILL rip you off. I'm still getting charges on my credit card after 4 months of having rented. The car they rented to me also had a cracked windshield that spread the whole trip. Of course they didn't do anything about it besides try to charge me for that too

I called to get prices before coming down.  I told them I wanted the cheapest car available.  I was given a price and asked if they wanted my credit card.  I was told no!  Upon arrival I was given a price well over the original quote.  I was told that prices change all the time.  On a rental car! Wow! I call that bait and switch!  Anyway I was in a jam so I took the car.  When I returned the car I was told I could pay in cash but he didn't have change.  What kind of place accepts cash and doesn't keep change.  The 2 people in there we not friendly and should not be working with the public if they do not know how to treat people or smile!  I will not use or recommend this rental company again and my company receives a corporate discount!

I picked up my rental car day before yesterday, but did not notice this until I picked up my family from home to start my trip. The car was
very dirty from inside- there were gum wrappers, food/chip crumbs all over the floor, some sticky stuff near cup holders, etc. besides that, there were also some uneaten sandwiches lying around in the trunk! Overall, the only and the most unclean car I have ever rented!!

Actually they deserve -ve rating if google allows ! 
The worst experience ever. Their behavior sucks ! 
They screwed all my plans and work. BUDGET try changing this idiotic staff working here.
