I went in interested in a SUV that was at the flow in Greensboro, but they had the same car only it was a more expensive model. So Charles let me test drive and explained the car in detail to me, along with the warranty etc. I loved it! Charles and Burt the manager went above and beyond helping me. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm happy with purchase and will continue doing business there!

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Flow because we had had such a good experience with them in the past. David Bobadilla was our salesperson..... He was very professional, most helpful in every way, and never did we feel any pressure. He went out of his way to accommodate us and helped us have a very pleasant experience with our purchase. I would like to complement Mr. Brent Putnam on his professional and his ability to show respect and compassion towards his customers. As a woman, sometimes salesmen dismiss females as not being knowledgeable about their car purchases. Quite the contrary. Most women research and talk to people before making such an important purchase. Brent is very respect and honest. He will do his best to help you get the best possible financing. I bought a Buick LaCrosse from him and when I make my next car purchase I'm sure Brent will be my go to Salesperson.

Usually buying a car can be quite a stressful experience especially as a first time buyer and not sure of what you want, however at Flow it was the opposite. Every one was so helpful and patient and I never felt pressured into buying a car I did not want. I know they sell lots of cars daily, however they make you feel special and unique and not just any other customer. Bert Heaven and Chris Clapp in particular made the entire experience a breeze. I would recommend Flow to anyone who's looking for a dealership with real people!

Great Experience working with Brent Putnam on a 2017 Lotus Evora 400. I will be special ordering a new car with lots of cool updates. Brent is very professional and knowledgeable about the cars. This has been one of my best car buying experiences, and I was treated with respect and as a friend. I recommend you contact him for a truly enjoyable car buying experience!
