I travel quite a bit for work and rent cars all the time from Enterprise. I can only think of 2 instances where I had problems, but they were quickly resolved. I always have a good experience with the customer service.

I had a 4 day premium rental from Aug. 3-6.  Went through 2 toll booths at n the ex pass lane.  After returning the car and communicating with Virginia toll authority I was told enterprise paid the tolls amounting to $1.40.  I contacted my local enterprise office and was told that "the transaction was already completed and not to worry about it.  If there was a problem they would contact me".  About three weeks later I recieved a letter from enterprise charging me nearly $30.  For two .70 cent tolls. ( not happy about the charge,  especially since I returned the car with a quarter tank more of gas then when I rented it!

Super fast retrieval with on-line reservation.  I needed a cargo van to move my son out of his apartment and the price was better than the other option.  Convenient after-hours key drop.  We will use Enterprise again.
