Horrible experience!  We drove over two hours to pick up a moving truck which was reserved in order to move my daughter to Mesa.  When we arrived, we were informed that they canceled our reservation.  We asked about this and were told that there was nothing they could do for us.  We will NEVER do business again with Budget and when I said this to the manager, his reply was "you're hurting my feelings".....wow!

To make matters worse, the following week I noticed that we were charged a "no show fee".  My wife was able to contact customer service and have the charge reversed but ridiculous!

Great customer service here in Flagstaff.  I wished that I would have been warned about the acceleration on the Volkswagen Jetta.  When I started leaving the parking lot of Budget, I accelerated and it felt like I went from 5 mph to 30 mph within 5 seconds.  I'm not exaggerating. The car kind of jumped forward.  This continued to happen but I figured I'd get used to it.  Well, I didn't.  As I was driving through the Sedona mountains, there was stop and go traffic on the inclines.  As I accelerated through the curves I had to be VERY careful not to let the car fly.  I found myself braking in order to stay in control.  This was a bit scary.  My advice would be to stay away from the Jetta.  It would also be good for all rental agencies to warn customers about the abrupt acceleration.  Some people will like it.  It reminds me of a stick shift car but with a manual car you are in control of the acceleration.

scammers very unfriendly and rude staff do not help the customer first charge you and then tell you what you need to rent the car

Best price I could find on a one way car rental.  They were  $100s less than anyone else.
