I feel like I was stolen my  money from this agent. That charged the coverage that I didn't order. They are cunning for taking out money from customers.

Charged me for cleaning... not explained that in original signing of agreement... probably wont use them again.

I am a frequent renter for business and generally experience excellent service and top quality vehicles from the Flagstaff Airport location.  The staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.  They get me on my way quickly which is very important to me!  The online reservation system is easy to use and prices are very competitive.  Over the past year I have rented at least 15 times and can only recall two instances when the type of vehicle I had reserved was not what I ended up receiving.  On one occasion I received a much better vehicle (2015 Mustang! - VERY fun to drive!) and on the other I received a vehicle one category down as the car I was supposed to have was not returned timely by the prior renter.  I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle from this location and I will continue to use them in the future.

We rented a Subaru Legacy for our honeymoon trip through New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona, and found it to be perfect for us and the roads we drove on. The size was great, it had plenty of power to go through the San Juan Mountains in Southwest Colorado with ease, and got great gas mileage. Budget provided us with a smooth, efficient rental and return process, and we would recommend both Budget and the Subaru Legacy to anyone.  Thanks!

Staff were helpful and friendly: they get five stars. Price was best of several I checked. I hated the Hyundai Accent, which was a rough riding little car with a tendency to hesitate on acceleration/deceleration over approximately 40 mph. The car prevents a five-star rating.
