I have rented from Enterprise for about 20+ years now.. Originally from California. Then I moved here and started renting from the old Humphreys office. Then they moved to Route 66. But nothing compares to the Enterprise Office and Employees at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport Branch! I am so Satisfied with every car rental and it's quick and Easy! Hassle free! The cars are always clean and well kept! John Flake is Amazing! He is always so very nice and friendly! He always has my rental waiting and ready! Tom Finnerran is also very nice!  The Employees which are more like friends are just so ready to fit your needs and make sure that you are totally satisfied! Very patient group of people! You always feel welcome and Special! They are Amazing! I have given many Referrals to friends and Strangers as well when they ask about a good place to rent cars from. Love this Branch and the Wonderful People that keep it Going! Keep up the good work! I will Defintely be a lifetime Customer! Thanks so much for taking care of me!

I reserved a midsize car to do quite a bit of driving while on vacation and I was very, very happy with the car! I believe it was a Nissan Maxima and much nicer than I remember them being!! There was one snafu, but the manager/employee was proactive in resolving the issue to my satisfaction, so I would definitely use Enterprise again. My recommendation to others no matter which car rental place you choose--try to be the first in line at the car rental counter once the plane lands! And please return your car when you say you will!!

Everything went smoothly and quickly. Our flight was two hours late, but the agents stayed past closing time to ensure that people got their cars. Great service.
