I recommend that you do not come to this place use another company all together. My mother is a senior citizen and a veteran who went only one state over to visit my sister. My mother parked in what she thought was my sisters second parking space for guest when it turned out to be a space for someone who didn't have a car. So the car was towed away. Understandably that was a mistake Budget Rent A Car can not fix... it's not their fault. But My mother was told that it would cost her $800 for the tow-away... now Budget Rent A Car has added more money and it end up costing her $1200. To add to it all she received a new charge that she did not return the key. They just charged her another $400 so all together from California to Nevada it cost my mother all of this money for a tow-away car. They added charges for a key which she turned back in. The guy did not give her a real receipt, he gave her a handwritten paper that she turned the key in. Corporate told her to turn in the key and she did it, but now they are charging her for it. It is no way that was $1600 she is living in a nightmare and extremely upset over the entire situation. My mother also told me the guy that's in the store "Manager" that he was disrespectful and nasty to her. I am so upset, that's my mother and she doesn't deserve this kind of treatment. She didn't respond nastily to him because she's a lady, but my point is this shouldn't be happening. Don't rent from them... they will keep charging your card even after they closed the account. These people are scam artist. The "Manager" at Budget is rude and nasty and talked to my mother like it's not point in taking the key, then he didn't even put it in the system that he received the key and so now she has to keep calling corporate. I'm ready to sue this company for falsely charging a senior citizen and veteran of this country who happens to be my mother!

I've enjoyed renting from this location for over 10 years and counting. They are THE BEST in service, fleet, price and location. The staff are more like family to me as we've all gotten to know each other very well over the years. They treat EVERY customer with respect and offer the best rates and service. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a great vehicle for business and pleasure! I've recommended my friends and family and they too agree! If there were more stars to give, I WOULD! Thank you all!!!

Wasted a huge amount of time on a short trip trying to reach someone on tie phone, simply to ask whether we could have a tire replaced after driving over a pothole. We didn't want to drive on the highway with the spare tire we installed, but because no one responded appropriately to our calls, we didn't get to do what we had planned for the day and also almost missed our return flight. Awful experience, do not recommend (although the rental car itself was nice).

Rude and unprofessional staff. I highly suggest you other places that can better assist you for your needed.

The location is excellent. Very helpful staff! The place is a little tiny, but staff helps you to park-in or out if needed.
