After a freak accident on the freeway Thanksgiving Sunday, my body shop uses Enterprise on Gower in Hollywood. I was picked up at the body shop, was quickly in a car. Couldn't have been easier. After two days I wasn't comfortable driving the large car I got, they quickly, easily traded that car for one more to my liking. Both cars were immaculate when I got them, all the people I dealt with were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Have to call out Nathan, a manager. He runs a good ship.

Soooo...... Enterprise was on time - they came directly to Caliber Collision to get me- super friendly lady gave me a short intro and handed me the keys to a brand new Jeep. It was comfortable, capable and surprisingly fuel efficient. They let me keep it an extended amount of time because my car was taking a few extra days to be completed. They returned my deposit and I have only good things to tell you about this place and it's employees - *****5 Stars

The crew and service is great at the Gower location and I want to add a praise for Nathan. He went out of his way to help us to find something very important we left in the returned car. Really appreciate it!

Received excellent service and got an excellent rate. The car I rented was very clean and in excellent condition. Could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend.
