You don't own the land means you don't own it

Scary place at night. Run down homes. Almost no parking. Crummy, smelly, dirty, community bathrooms. Trash bins commonly are overflowing with trash.

I just called to find out the cost of renting. The man on the phone began to scream at me that they had no openings and that he didn't know how much it would cost. He hung up on me. When I called back someone else answered and said they were currently in the process of closing and were in litigation. I don't know what's going on over there.
