My family has been in the park sense I was about 5. It was where my grandmother lived. It used to be just older foke here. Parking here is dangerious. You get a driveway, and we use to have some parking first come first serve. They now decided to charge home owners and allow 1 designated parking for an additional $30.a month in park.(where we all parked for years) Any additional cars must park on Bayshore Blvd where there is no cross walk,and cars fly by and you gotta walk two blocks from your house. People own these moble homes but pay almost $1000.a month for space and hoa fees. And don't get caught parking in front of your home or even if guest parking is empty and you got off work at 1am You leave your car there and they will have it towed, if your a friend of the managers then you might get a free pass but ifnot,no mercy. The tow yard had my car for 10 mins and bam $250. Guest parking had no cars all empty. I guess it was in the way??? Ahhh Home sweet home!

Not a fan of MHP's but you can't beat the price for a place to live on the Peninsula. Newer manufactured housing better than most of the existing stock
