I think by now everyone knows BWW is either their go to spot or they eat it once in a while. My wife loves their wings and I'm kind of on the fence with their wings. I feel like it's either a hit or a miss. But the customer service is always really friendly. My wife wanted me to leave this review of the Hot Dorritos Wings. She said they were amazing, nice and spicy and cooked just right. She didn't understand the $1.00 extra charge but it ended up being a side bag of Dorritos.
I DoorDash and I was doing some deliveries Thursday night and picked one up from BWW and it made me crave it so I ordered a mobile and picked my own up later in the night. It was SLAMMED. The poor employee was working his butt off all night and I felt so bad because he was the only employee there. You should staff more people if you want to improve customer experience and employee retention. It makes me very sad to see someone doing the job of multiple people and especially one who is not recognized or rewarded accordingly. He didn’t complain, he was great, but I will for him. Also, I took a survey that asked me for the best part of my experience and left no room for feedback on how to improve. I have never seen a survey that didn’t ask that, so maybe that would be a good addition and you can avoid reviews like these.
Not really sure how this is possible. Got a single wing bundle and they messed up 3 things about the order. They didn’t include my fries. They tossed my wings in the sauce when I asked for it on the side. They included one on the side for me though so they read the direction but didn’t know how to follow it. The icing on the cake was getting 9 wings instead of 10. Bravo BWW’s!
This location has bungled my orders 3 out of 3 times. Service is horrible - nothing good to say about it. Ordered a burger and wings online for takeout. Staff didn’t know how to cook the burger, so they left it out of order. Didn’t call to tell me prior to pick up. When I did pick up, they again didn’t tell me the burger was missing. I had to come back in. I stand at the counter for 5 min waiting for help. I knock on the counter - nothing. I finally look in the back and they’re all lounging around on their phones. First guy to field my complaint is utterly clueless and has to punt. Second guy tells me they couldn’t figure out how to cook the burger and didn’t know how to give me an immediate refund - I have to wait a week. No answer as to why they didn’t call or tell me. Terrible staff. They don’t want to be there and it reflects in the service. They were clearly trying to avoid dealing with their mistakes and were hoping I would just let it slide.
Ordered online at 12noon for 5:40 pick up. Arrived and told it would be an hour. Horrible experience and total disappoint. Don’t take online orders with a future delivery time if you can’t meet your schedule.
To charge a take out fee, at a take out only location seems like a poor business model. Especially when they can't seem to get the order right.Food: 4/5
Just ordered wings and a sandwich from here about an hour ago, the sandwich was supposed to come with lettuce tomato and dipped in sauce. Sandwich came with chicken and bread, nothing else, wings were bone dry, not sauced like I ordered, don’t recommend this location.
$.99 takeout fee? This place only offers takeout but yet charges an additional fee for takeout. I can't wait for them to add a fee to order online or look at the menu. The wings were fine, I wished they had more sauce, but I was taken aback by the fee and wanted to share this with others.Takeout: Yes
i ordered online so this goes for all of the restaurants. i love this place. ordered onion rings and they were amazing. i also got wings duh with original buffalo. it’s spicy but the flavor is spectacular. it’s a wing place for a reason
This location is unorganized and unprofessional. They had their phone unhooked all night yesterday. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and they gave me the wrong order. I called through my phone and another person's phone.
