The recent remodel is very nice. A lot more room along with a modern look and feel. I had the garlic wings. The wings were a little too salty for my taste. They were also room temperature, which was not very appealing. There was a small but decent selection of draft beers which included several local brews. The food and beer was pricey, but all in all I will give it another shot.

I was at the BWW on N.W. expressway tonight. This was the worst services I have ever received (from Salicia). Not only did it take 20 min to get our drinks she then only brought out one at a time. She walked away from our table in the middle of us ordering to talk with a coworker. After 45 min we then received our food. After all of our glasses were empty she finally asked to refill them, without mentioning it was an extra charge. My water was still never refilled the entire meal. At the end, she ran my card, threw away my itemized receipt. after asking for it back she took it out of the trash handed it to me and disappeared. Even then there was no manager to be found.

This location has the same quality of food you can expect at other BWW's. The wings are tender. The sauces range in spice for everyone from the timid beginner to the daring explorer. For the usual sports fans, there are more televisions in the bar area than other locations, but they're set up at odd angles for people with great vision or who don't mind a crick in their neck.

I love the no smoking bar they recently added. The food is tasty and the free trivia and poker game players are fun.

Tonight will be the second night I have complained on the waitress Sara on northwest expressway. She is VERY disrespectful and very irritated. I don't know what is up her ass but she has terrible customer service. It took her 25 minutes to get us water and tonight she seated us and yelled at our waitress from across the room about already cleaning the table. Then we spoke to the manager (steven) and he took her side and was very rude to us as well. She needs to be fired or change her damn attitude.
