I love the wings and the Mudslide. Only downside is, sometimes the wings aren’t completely coated in sauce so you’ve got a dry wing(unless you like that) and the Mudslide is sometimes made with too much alcohol. Other than that, it’s always been great service!

I tried to get into contact with your customer service via your company website to no anvil. It's been over a couple of days and still no response. Do you have that many complaints to a acknowledge before you get to mine? Anyways, as a customer to your business I feel as if you only want my money and do not care to take care of me, the person that is giving you your business. I regret to say that you have lost my family's business.

Edit: It is January 24th 2018 and I have yet to receive a reply/response.

Were seated immediately , told our server's name and "he" would be right with us.  After waiting for 15 minutes and watching the only male server watch TV, we decided to go elsewhere.  As we walked out, the same hostess who sat us said, "Thanks for coming in" and I explained that we were leaving because no one ever even came to our table to wait on us.  She actually said, "Yea, I was just talking to him (motioned to the male server) about that" and then asked if we would like to "try another table".  The problem was not the table, it was the lack of service.  The hostess nor the male server offered no apology or anything.  I regret not speaking to manager immediately.

Waited for at least ten minutes for server to make it to the table the first time. Waited for at least a half an hour for the order. Finally asked for the order to be made to go. Ordered a large traditional spicy garlic and a medium traditional as in spice, 2 side fries, 1 beer and 1 soda. $55. Got home to find 2 medium orders and 2 orders of fries with about 10 fries in each. On top of that, the flavors ordered did not match what was received and the wings were under cooked. Would be 0 stars if possible. Never going back and will not recommend to anyone.

Have had a great experience every time I have been there. Pick-up order is always ready in time.  Have had an employee check every box with me every time I go to pick up your order.  Keep up the great work!
