I really like the location and store is clean and well kept. The problem I have is that my order is ALWAYS screwed up. It's either missing items, or not made the way I asked, our worse off all bring overcharged or having paid for items I didn't receive! This happens nearly every single time (9+ out of 10 times). And when you call the customer service number, they generally do not care in the least. They will not give you a refund or make it right. They never contact the store our get the management to address or fix these problems. Makes me feel as if I'm just a number and they could care less about having me as a customer! I'm tired of it!

Tasty but low quality food. Very very cheap fast food place, if you need a quick bite for cheap this is a perfect place for you. The food is quite good but not super high quality. Has a sit down option but the drive thru is definitely the way to go.

This place has closed unexpectedly, taken 20 minutes to get food while in the drive through, and given me a food that was a little sad (even for TB standards). I’ve also had a number of trips that went fine... So it’s really just a gamble as to what your experience will look like!

The drive thru is honestly the slowest of all Taco Bells I've ever been to. They must be severely understaffed as each visit takes at least 15 to 20 minutes. I won't be coming here ever again.

This place is terrible and a huge waste of time. I went there on my lunch break, there were maybe 5-6 cars in the drive-thru, and I sat there for 20 minutes and didn't move at all. Finally the cars behind me backed out so I was able to back out and leave. I will never return here, period.
