10 minute wait to sit at a half open bar, no bone less wings, wait what? This is b-dubs right? Ok burger and onion rings......no onion rings. Food I settled for was good. Waitress was very nice, but overly busy. Maybe hire more staff??

This place is always a disappointment. The food is good but the customer service is horrible. When you walk in, you're rarely greeted. The host/hostess just asks "How many?". You then have to wait 10-15 minutes minimal to get seated when there are SEVERAL tables open. The excuse from the host is typically that they are short handed. We have been getting this excuse for a couple of years now. Once you get seated, you wait another 5-10 minutes for a waiter/waitress to come over and ask what you would like to drink. Again, they never greet you or introduce themselves. When the food comes, you have to ask for silverware/napkins because neither the host nor your server think to put them out. The management is severely lacking in team member training. The franchise owner needs to contact Jon Taffer with Bar Rescue and ask for help.

Gotta love B-Dubs. Beer, wings, and sports... it doesn't disappoint. This particular one is ok. I felt that the layout was awkward, which made it seem smaller and darker instead of open and inviting, but the service was good and, of course, the beer, food, and sports was as great as expected.

This place was absolutely the worst. Half of the restaurant was open but it took 20 minutes to seat us. Once we finally got seated, we tried to order our food and they were out of boneless wings; however, I was able to order the chicken tenders. LOL! It took over 30 minutes to get our order out. My brother and friend were with me. Both of them ordered a burger and from the looks of it, I thought they ordered a piece of leather. The meat was burnt black (after asking for medium done) and the buns were burnt to a crisp. In fear of being late to getting to where we needed to be, nobody said anything. This was literally the WORST experience that I have ever had at a BWW. DO NOT GO HERE!

Like most places they have good food, a good environment to enjoy. Only difference is here in Hobbs this B Dubs has a 3 beer limit.
