I had higher expectations for this Carl's Jr. because the one back home was fantastic. We tried to order a box combo but they were only serving two out of the four options so we had to order an additional meal. On top of that, they ran out of cookies (which is supposed to come with the box combo) and most drink options. My date's burger was still pink (was not ketchup or anything because it was plain with cheese). The buns were barely toasted and my burger had one sliver of onion and two pickles. My meal was shameful. The fries were not fresh and the onion rings were soggy and bland. Overall, dissapointed and will not be returning. The manager who was a shorter man was also rude to the employee and had poor customer service. On the bright side, the restaurant was very clean.

I loved it. All 3 people I spoke with behind the counter were all very friendly and helpful. The food portions were huge, and it all tasted terrific. It was quick too. Plus free ice cream.

My co-workers and I have been visiting frequently. I like the food at this location more than other locations I have tried. Which sucks considering I may not be going back. Yesterday I made my order through the drive thru. When I pulled away I noticed that everything I had asked for was on the receipt but not in the bag.  I got back in line and waited ten minutes while my food is getting cold. Once my turn came up I was really nice to the lady and she gave me an excuse while she handed me the rest of my order. When she didn’t offer any perks for there mistake, I with a smile and no attitude I told her that when this happened to my co-worker the month before they gave him a $5 coupon for next time. She looked at me with an attitude and as she turned around to get the coupon she said “ for onions, pickles and jalapeños”.   As I drove off from that place for the last time I was thinking, no the coupon was for my cold food and ten minutes waiting in line again. Would have went in but didn’t realize it would take so long. I drove off without my coupon because like I said, I don’t plan on going back anyway. Just check the bag before you pull off and everything will be fine because it must be a normal thing here to forget part of your order.

Place smelled great with smoked smell when I walked in.  Wasn't too impressed with the customer service, way to serious for a BBQ joint.  Charged $1 per bun for pulled pork that I got and $7.50 for a gallon of sweet tea, ridiculous.  Everything was way over spiced so there was no options for people who didn't like spicey food.  Didn't even keep left overs.  Where can I get good real southern BBQ around here??????

Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. To my knowledge, it's the only BBQ restaurant in Hobbs. 

They have a nice meeting room that can be blocked off. The only downside is that the music can drown out the speeches.
