Never brought my food. We called to find out what was going on and was transferred to a call center and they told us a manager would call us back. A half hour later and still no phone call or food. It is now 2 hours after I ordered my food. Don't waste your time. They cannot follow directions ie: light sauce. They should just close this store. It's a shame I like pizza hut just not this one. Call Dominoes, they actually deliver HOT Pizza pretty quick, even north of town.

I had no choice, but to give it a star. I ordered my pizza online and wings in person. When I ordered the wings the guy told me he was going to put it on the card that was on file. I agreed and thought it was paid for. I get to the register to pick up my orders and wings came out nice and hot, but they wanted money to pay for it. I told her what happened and eventually gave her my card. As i still stood there waiting on my pizza she asked me if that was it and I said no, I want my pizza (paid for online). I stood there 30 mins while those behind me got their orders. No one was telling me anything. I kept asking where my pizza was and they just said they didn't know. I kept asking them to tell me something and nope. Finally this guy came up and found my pizza. My pizza was cold and I asked them for extra sauce for the wings and my troubles and they told me 1 is all I get. Stick with Papa John's.

The food was good but the service is mediocre at best.I have been to this location twice and have had different waiters and received poor service both times.

This pizza hut was great! Our waitress told us the deals they had and checked on drinks while we were eating. The pizza was delicious and was hot and cooked perfectly.We will definitely be going back!

I enjoyed going to the Pizza Hut in Hobbs, because their customer service is great and you are taken care immediatly.
