I came to Battle Creek on a business trip. Everything was paid for by the company except this one meal that I went on by myself. I paid for that meal with a credit card and a few months later my credit card was used at a Meyer Supermarket for about $300. Yes it was in the same city it was the only time I used that particular credit card in Battle Creek. Trust me I went through all of the options before I figured out that it was the waitress from Buffalo Wild Wings. It has taught me a valuable lesson and I have been to another Buffalo Wild Wings in Ohio since then but I take my credit card up to the waitress and I accompany them while they swipe it. But I highly recommend you to not let anybody take your credit card and walk away at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't blame Buffalo Wild Wings because they would never be this stupid I blame the idiotic waitress that went rogue to decided to do something like this. I highly doubt that waitress even work there anymore but as precautionary measures we should never give our credit cards to waitresses or waiters and let them walk away with it at any restaurant whether it be upscale or a Buffalo Wild Wings type. Be cautious out there and monitor your statement every single month.

I've had several issues with this BWW. First, a few months ago I ordered dinner for myself and my family. My girlfriend's food was messed up and so was mine so we called and we were told by a manager that we would get some coupons in the mail for us. We never got them. Now, this last week. We ordered again. The same issue. They messed up my girlfriend's food. Charged us for a $9 gallon of soda and we only got 2 32 oz cups out of it. The manager I talked to on the phone said he would take care of us and get us those free meal coupons that we we're promised and take care of us for the mistake this time. My girlfriend went to get everything we we're promised(coupons for free meals, food replaced, etc) we got a lousy $15 coupon for the 2 times we ordered and THEY messed up. I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere. The Domino's right down the road always treated me right and their wings taste better anyway.

I went there between lunch and dinner. Seems like the staff was worn out from the lunch crowd. Not their fault , still good food, service was just a little bit slow.

I would just like to say after reading some if the bad reviews ALOT of the bad managment and staff have been let go and alot has changed in the past 2 months to help make this place more enjoyable. I would not say this is a "family spot" as far as weekends or late nights go but their late night happy hour is cheap and has a good selection.
