I've eaten at Popeyes several times at other locations without issue. But v the service at the Battle Creek is so bad, I'll never try it again. If you are lucky enough to get waited on, it still takes quite a while and when using the drive through, you are more likely to get ignored altogether. The food has been over cooked with more crispy coating than actual meat. The quantity and quality of the food compared to the cost, is not a good value. I cannot recommend Popeyes and you should look elsewhere for a decent meal.

The employs were rude to myself an my son at the battle creek store...gave us attitude about wantin honey for biscuits..was charged for the wrong meal an never given the change back that I was overcharged. My family will never return to that establishment!

The food is always pretty good, but it takes a long time to order and an even longer time to wait to get your order. There seems to be an awful lot of people working but I don't know that they're very well organized. Still, got to get that tasty chicken!
