Homespun has the best breakfast in Battle Creek. Period.  Fast, friendly service, and great prices.  I often order food for pickup.  Sometimes for several coworkers.  Never had an order messed up.  The portions are HUGE!  I've never gotten a meal that I could finish all of.

So disappointed!    Service is horrible.  My food was cold.  Along with I didn't get my full order!   The waitress has completely ignored me whenever I would try to get her attention.  They weren't even that busy!   No excuses!  They're faster with giving you your bill, then anything else.  I prefer Lux Cafe!

Pros: Nice waitstaff, cheap, large portions, and fast. 

Cons: Low overall quality of food, the ingredients taste cheap. Also the interior is dated. 

For most people the large cheap portions are all they need, which is fine. However for me, if I'm going to spend money to eat out I want quality food as well. Something that really tastes good. I haven't experienced that here yet. I'll probably pass them by next time.

Quick service, exactly what we asked for and more, really nice servers, the food is beyond amazing I reccomend the bacon

I love this place, my only complaint is they're not a 24 hour establishment! Omelets and their southern gravy are way too good!
