This was the worst Trainwreck I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant in my entire life. I was there for the Kentucky and Louisville basketball game, which management should have known would draw a huge crowd, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I placed stay single order of 14 wings, nothing special,  no special requests, and I place the order a few minutes past 1 o’clock. I left at 3:38 PM and my wings still were not ready. Some of the waitresses told me that they had tables that have been waiting over three hours for their food. Apparently, there was both a manager and a regional manager  both in the kitchen to try to fix the problem and they still could not do anything to help. The only answer I got when I spoke to the manager about the weight on my food was, “ I know, I apologize, but there is nothing I can do about it.”   The first half came and went, half time came and went, the second half came and went, the game was over, and I was there for about 10 minutes past the game, still no food. This restaurant is an absolute joke and the management is absolutely pathetic! I feel sorry for the people that were working there because the management did not have that restaurant set up in a way where it could’ve succeeded. I only gave this a one star because I could not leave zero stars

Loved the wings. Took suggestions, of the guy taking my order, and tried some different sauces. They were great. Had a beer at the bar while I waited for my to go order. Never had it before but was impressed. Food was ready in a timely manner. I have been to this location many times and would gladly return.

Always had good service but they removed condiments from tables in bar wish they still had wing night

The host was rude. The waitres was nice but it took for ever to get our food they forgot stuff. Took 20mins to check out
