Veronica, Keri, and Ravyn provide nothing but excellent service and a positive attitude within this establishment, and the hosts are helpful and attentive every time we come here. Food and drink times are right where they're supposed to be and come at very reasonable times. The only thing that I have a problem with here is the loudness of requested music. It's too loud to the point to where I can't have a conversation with my girlfriend over our meal because we're forced to talk over the music.

RR (server named Double “R”) was GREAT!!! He had drink recommendations on the spot and was helpful and attentive. BW3s is always great and this place was no different.

When people think of wings, most will automatically have BWW pop up in their mind. I love wings, but this place has just been going downhill ever since I had them for the first time. The flavor is way too artificial tasting and the sides are way too bland. The interior of the place is nice. Like most other BWWs they appeal towards the sports enthusiasts or those who are just having a friends night out. The staff is another issue. The people at the front desk are like shooting their own little drama. It was just a spew of blaming each other when things went wrong and it was right in front of the waiting customers. The price is too steep for just a couple of wings, but I guess its okay if I end up full. Overall I wouldn't see myself coming back.

I can't say that I'm coming back any time soon.. we waited for almost 10 minutes to have our waiter come to our table and take our order just for the drinks, and it took forever for him to bring us our drink. Food was fine and the atmosphere was family oriented... It's ok I guess.

DO NOT COME HERE for the customer service. So me and my boyfriend usually come here all the time but today was just awful service!!! :( We always ask for a booth seat bc we don’t mind waiting but they were very rude when we asked them. Finally when we got seated they put us at the bars and then we had to ask again if we can get a booth after 25 minutes of waiting already. They then seated us at a dirty ass booth no one offered to wipe anything down, our seats were sticky and there was still food on the tables! Kaylee was our waitress and she was nice but did not attend us well. We ordered boneless wings and she did not offer or give us any napkins or forks she also keep getting our order wrong which is fine but she keep ignoring us when we just wanted our correct order with napkins and forks 🤦🏽‍♀️ so the manager Memo came to our table and asked if there was an issue explained how we just wanted a fork and he said oh well wings are finger foods so you can wait for forks but keep repeating himself that wings are finger foods and to use my fingers he was rude and not professional! We then asked for the check and they charged us alll wrong!!! It was frustrating and a bad experience the only good part was the food so if you don’t mind having bad service but good food this place is perfect.
