I think there needs to be some review to this location. The staff don't seem to communicate particularly well with each other; as with one incident the staff called my boyfriend a "she" which was sexist and gender-phobic at the other Taco Bell in Chino Hills which apparently is more serviced than this one. I went here a while back, and they almost never screw up my order; this time they did since I an lactose intolerant and they put nacho cheese on my crunch wrap. I don't think I'll be going back to either these locations anytime soon. Please review management, take a 101 course on how to talk to people, and I think with any business communication matters with customers. I won't ever give a place 5 stars since there's always room to improve, highest is 4, but this place bottoms out and therefore; if I crave Mexican food I'll be elsewhere in another town.

Service was ok, but while I was eating one of the employees was joking about a special needs kid he used to take care of.   
I'm a parent of a special needs child and I was COMPLETELY offended.  I did speak with the employee about his conduct,  but still you don't know who is close enough to hear your comments.

Walked in and waited 5 mins before anyone acknowledge us. When we were finally noticed the manager says "hold on while i get someone to help you" another 5 mins. Now that we've been waiting 10mins here for our food we hear them start calling order numbers. "Order 234. Order 235. Order 236. Order 237. " we're order 232. Our recepit says we ordered at 6:28 and it is now 6:48 and still waiting for my food. Also there is only 3 other parties in here. And yes, i am currently writing this review while i still wait for my food!😡😡😠 *UPDATE* 6:53 finally asked aboit my order, they skipped us...

I swear it would have probably been faster if I walked in and place my order. this drive-thru is taking forever 15 minutes and still waiting.

The staff is friendly and the service was quick enough. 

Now the bad news:

Whoever chooses the music should be fired. They did not have the advertised beef & potatoes burrito at this location. Seriously taco bell, reevaluate your idea of a 'large' beverage, it's barely a medium at most other places and most definitely not worth the price. The chicken bowl is also not worth what they charge.
