It took over 10 minutes for the waitress to come by, but the service was great once she did. The food was great....I had 3 types of wings and potato wedges. They had 3 IPAs on tap.

Worst service I have ever had. Had lunch with a friend. My food came out cold and my friends food came out 30 minutes after mine. The manager offered no excuse except to offer to buy me lunch. Last time I will ever go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Bowie on 450. The only reason I gave it 1 star is there is no 0 star.

Walk in and there was no one there to greet us. After standing there for 10 min we finally were seated. Our waitress, "Tay" walked passed us several times before even acknowledging us. My girlfriend got her drink before I did and I had to remind the waitress that I was still waiting on my beer. Our food came and I still didn't have my drink. My drink finally came, but before I could get the words out to ask for silverware the waitress had disappeared. Never once coming back to our table to see if everything was okay. I love the food at Buffalo Wild Wings and I've been to different ones throughout the area and this by far was the worst experince I've ever had. I only went to this one because it's close to my house, but after that horrible service I'll just take the drive

Where should I began. Waitress was slow didn't really check to see if we needed anything. It was a party of 4. We had to ask for ginger for the lemonade, sauce for the chicken, and dressing for a salad. Next we never got tater tots the onion rings came with our meals...It freezing cold manager said she couldn't turn the air down because it would start to smell like sewage in which the bathroom smelled like. We have to do better people.

Extremely poor service, and the women's bathrooms had tampons and diapers on the floor. We went for my sons 6th birthday and I regret our decision!
