I was just in fire house sub and ordered a tuna on white, small, lettuce, tomato, mayo. I waited for over 20 minutes for my small sub. I wasted my lunch break and went back to work hungry. Best believe I will get my money back because I left without my food because I couldn’t be late back to work. 

Note to self. Never go back.

Have been passing by this place for the past year or so and decided to give it a try and was glad I did..I tried the smoke House beef cheddar and brisket and was pleased. It as full with meat and at a very reasonable price. The restaurant was not busy and service was fast. I'm not sure what it is like during a weekday lunch rush but for noon on Sunday I was happy.

I must say the staff is very friendly. But, I had stopped coming here long ago because it would take SO long for my order to be ready. But I walked passed today and it was pratctically empty inside, besides two other guest waiting on their orders. So I gave them another shot. I placed my order at 7:40 and didn't get my food until 7:53. I'm just trying to figure out why it takes thirteen minutes to make a sub. If you're on a time crunch I would not recommend this place.

WOW, I'm reading the reviews prior to writing mine and I'm surprised to hear how many people aren't happy. We went there on Mother's Day and had a great time. There wasn't a line and my sub (meatball on wheat) was very good. My husband enjoyed his (Italian on wheat) while enjoying the basketball game. 

We both had a great time and plan to return soon.

Friendly employees, all orders correct, good food. Takes a little longer for your food to be made than say.... Subway but it's worth a fee extra minutes
