You can't go wrong with the large serving of meatloaf redskin mashed potatoes and string beans. We we're pleasantly surprised at the kids meal of 4 bones ribs!! If you decide to get any desert plan to share the delicious large rich servings. The chocolate Uprising was a chocolate lover delight. The only surprise was the flattened chicken breast and mini waffles taste good but it does not come with a vegetable. Do try the seasonal peach ice cream garnished with mint leaves and blueberries.

Today is the 3rd time I've been to this Copper Canyon location and it was by far THE BEST!! My waitor, food runner Victor exhibited EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was helpful, friendly and although his job is a "food runner" he stepped right on in and took our order with a smile where we would've probably had to wait for someone to decide to take our order. He has made my experience here this evening a delight and where this was the 3 strikes and their out score for me, because of him, we will be back!!

It was an EXCELLENT dining experience from the moment we were greeted to the moment we left. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Our assistant waiter Logan, and waiter Brandon were especially personable and genuine. All of Brandon's suggestions were spot on. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Good food and atmosphere. A lot of options to pick from. We were a group of 10 and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Coca Cola ribs were fav from appetizers. Overall a good quality chain restaurant.

Went after 9pm. Food was good. Ambiance was good. But our waiter wasn't too in to his job. He definitely acted like he didn't really want to be there.
