Food was good, server was nice.  Service was very, very slow.  We sat for about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken.  The table next to us, same thing.  Very frustrating.  The wait staff didn't know what they were doing.  Not sure if I will go back.  But like I said, food was good.

Overpriced food. The wings aren't that good for what they charge. We paid $50 for two small wing orders, two mac & cheese, & two Stellas. The beers were the most reasonably priced items at $6 each.

The mac & cheese is bland & a meager serving for $3.49.

We've had better food at corner bars for much less.

Went there after school, was served immediately. When we needed to leave, our waitress Keisha was busy flirting with the line cook. We paid 11 dollars cash and I paid the rest with my card. Keisha took he 11 dollars as a tip and charged my card with everything. Disappointing. Had to sit on the phone with an incompetent manager with an attitude who placed on hold at least four times. When I was finally connected, they tried to give me store credit, but why would I want to come back?

Went for a Blackhawk Road Watch party. Sat next to Ice Girls and shoot the puck. Had a blast. Gene Honda was in attendance, got pictures with him. What a fantastic and friendly man! Service was excellent. Few hiccups but staff was overall outstanding. Food is bar fare but very good. Asian Zing wings were had by all and just the right amount of heat to flavor. One of our favorites. Tried the app sampler and everything on the plate was very good. Had grilled chicken strips for meal- they were properly cooked and chicken was juicy. Shock Top and Stella's were on special, can't beat that deal. Restrooms were very clean, well lit and easily accessible. We like BWW overall and this was a good rep of the franchise. Would definitely go back again.

Good food. Picked up take out but the crew left me standing their without asking my name as my food sat on the shelf for 10 minutes.
