First time here since the new menu.  Had not had their ribs in years, because they had little meat on them.  Now, they have "Texas ribs" with 30% more meat.  So, I tried a combo plate with half rack of ribs and cheese sausage.  More meat on the ribs to be sure, and it was cooked to fall-off-the-ribs doneness.  Trouble is:  it was DRY . . . like cardboard.  Crumbled as I tried to cut between the ribs.

The picture in the menu had a side of either BBQ sauce or ketchup, but my platter had neither.  So, I asked for, and got, a side of BBQ sauce, which was just barely enough to make the half slab edible.  

The description and picture in the menu included pickles . . . but not my platter.

The corn on the cob was very tasty.  

And, for a change, the service at this location was excellent.  Usually, it is slow, indifferent, and inattentive.  Today, it was prompt and attentive.

One way or another, this location can never quite get its act together.

Probably going to be my new Chillis spot. Younger dude Bartender is pretty awesome. Staff is nice. Not that busy early during the week, but I'm ok with that. Flat breads are really good. They took off things that I liked when they changed the menu, so I don't really like to order much food. Happy hour is fun for apps.

Walked in and it was not busy at all. Got seated and drinks order was taken by someone immediately. He said he was helping the server out and she would be right with us. He brought the drinks but no straws. I got up and walked to the bar to get straws. 15 minutes later the server came up and just said "what are you ordering" never introduced herself or asked about appetizers. We realized she had walked past us at least 5 times without saying anything to us. We ordered simple food (chicken tenders and burgers) and food came almost 30 mins later. Once we got it she never came back to ask us how it was or to check if we needed anything else despite continuously walking past us. We had to "catch" her on one of her many walk bys to ask for drink refills. Never asked about desert once she cleared the table or anything. Horrible service and we will never be back to this location. The one in Shorewood has much better service.

Good place to visit with family. The tablets on the table are useful for small children. Good kids menu also.

Have been visiting this Chili's for over a decade now and the food and service keeps improving. Love this Chili's
