I enjoy panda but this facility and staff was unacceptable. I arrived around 815 and the majority of their entrees were already removed. The staff was more concerned with clear down work than with helping customers. Myself and two other groups of customers were forced to stand around while 1 staff member started to make new entrees while the cook continued to clean in the back and another staff member continued to clean the front display. They were obviously eager to leave and the auto met care suffered enormously. 

I was told the wait would be 8 minutes and it has been already over 20. Would not return again.

I stop here for a quick lunch about once a month. Food is good. Service is good. It's a step up from most fast food places.

They were out of a lot of different entrees. Had to wait 20 minutes for 3 plates. The whole time one of the employees sat at a table on his break. I guess his break was more important than running the restaurant efficiently. It irked Me so much that I took photos and kept the receipt to contact the company.

On sundays they close at 8:30 and we walked in at 8:00 and there were 5 things to eat because they are too lazy to cook food and clean up so they cook what they want. They weren’t very welcoming and when we walked in there they said hold on because they were on the phone!! Never coming to this place again. Yeah

Always great food with huge portions and great service. Fortune cookies are always tasty too. Fortunes vary in quality
