This location is the worst. I was put on hold for at least 6 or 7 min only to be asked what was the purpose of my call again. I thought the reason I was put on hold was because you were getting an answer for me. Only to get my wings slopped together, not extra crispy as I ordered. This is my first review, but this location has been going down for awhile now. I should have been filed a complaint. Not sure if it's new management or what, but customer service has gone way down at this location. I have friends and family who feel the same way so it's not just me.

I love everything.... except the prices! I can get the same, quality wings at other sports bars at a much cheaper price. Your fries are below average...can you say McDonald's except cold... go to fresh cut fries. Otherwise,  I love the beer selections, the atmosphere and the people working here... you basically charge a buck a wing, not good.

Its not as good as it used too. I ordered mild got buffalo, only got celery on side which was old and dry. Before you got a dipping sauce and celery. The wings were slopped together only half covered in sauce. Cashier was nice but the rest of the employees were snobby. Its a no go for me anymore.   :(

Great service. Rather drive out of the way to go to this bdubs. Everyone that works here is amazing. We had a couple spills tonight with 3 kids and the staff was totally understanding and jumped right in to assist. Food was delicious as always. Great job here!!
