Tasty burgers, bottomless fries, and great decor.  The Whiskey River BBQ is my favorite, and I'm glad they brought the onion buns back.  A special shout-out to their delicious ranch and campfire dipping sauces.  Hopefully this location keeps up the good work, because the other two in the Cleveland area have been disappointing in the past, especially compared to Columbus' Polaris location.

My only 2 complaints:  not a fan of being under a spotlight while sitting at my table, and the grill lines on the outside of my burger were a bit too charred, but I didn't notice it 'til the end.

For it being so new still they had their act together.  Came in on a bust Saturday night for dinner and our waitress was slammed but she had someone else stop by to start getting our drinks and order until she caught up.  Food was good and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

The decor was modern and nice inside.  Each table had a tablet where kids could play games or trivia and you can pay your bill etc... If you're using a credit card.  While it's a chain restaurant and you could get this experience at other locations I know we'll be back again because of the positive experience we had.

The food was good. They had bottomless steak fries with the sandwich I got. The only problem I had was the table kiosk didn't want yo let me pay. They had do it the old fashioned way.

We ate at the bar with Chris. He was attentive, polite and accommodating. The food was less than desirable, and my burger was like warm when it was brought out.  The burger had No Flavor and was not fresh. The food  seemed overpriced based on the quality. The lighting was extremely bright; the heating and cooling seemed off. It was 37 degrees outside yet a combination of heat and air conditioning continued through our dining experience. I have no desire to return to this restaurant. A dosappointing, overpriced experience. 😢

Tasty burgers, fun atmosphere (if a bit loud.) The buggers are big and juicy, the fries are the of wide steak fry variety and are excellent and bottomless. The A1 peppercorn sauce and onion straws that came on my burger we're not my favorite, and the margarita was a bit sweet for my taste, but over all everything was good. The little computer on each table where you can pay your tab or call your server was a neat feature, my husband was impressed with its  GUI. We will be visiting RR regularly, it is one of my husband's favorite casual restaurants.
