Ordered food to go but the employees were not up to the task. Ordered a steak with baked potato employee told me the baked potato was in the bag got it home guess what no bake potato. I got the butter and sour cream for the baked potato but no baked potato. Ordered an extra house salad but did not get what I ordered. My appetizer had more lettuce in it than the salad did that I paid extra for. I have eaten steaks from the longhorn before but the one that I got to take home seemed to be a lower grade of meat. very thin very dry. I know it's my own fault for not checking the bag and believing the employee. If there is a Next time we will definitely go in instead of taking it home.

I gotta say, I'm 8 months pregnant and when you want a good steak, you want a good steak! And I got it! My boyfriend and I ordered take out from here this past Sunday. Anytime I get takeout food I don't expect it to be the greatest but this was absolutely phenomenal! I mean seriously. Both of our steaks were so good as were the sides and salads! Very impressed and will be returning very soon. Thank you for a great take out experience, it is very appreciated!

Came here yesterday for mama's birthday. We had a nice time. Seated and greeted quickly. Drinks kept full, food came out as we ordered. Well done long horn.

While we were seated and greeted fast, the service lacked quite a bit. The bread took about 10 minutes to hit our table. After placing our order, we asked for additional drinks and took took another 10 minutes just to get hot water and more bread. We came during a time when the dinner rush had died down so we kept on wondering where our server went. The server never asked me if I wanted to refill my drink when it has been just water from the melted ice. I had to personally look for the server to get a refill. Unsure of what was going on but for a place like this, the service should be a lot better especially we are averaging $20+ a plate of food.

Steak was okay. Cooked as ordered. Sides were also decent. But the odor when you enter is awful. Then add to that the further smell of sour dirty carpet almost had me turning around to leave. Fortunately we were seated toward the back of the dining area where the smell was not that strong. They have a poor craft beer selection and place is rather empty. They need to put together some happy hour or nightly specials to get more people in the restraunt. By choice I will not return. Maybe if friends insist.
