Every time i've been there it's been terrible service. Longest wait for your food, the waitress' don't come around, they forget your order, there's multiple people at different tables and they lose track of our orders. Some of the waitress I had seen heading into their little soda booth, grabbing a cup, serving themselves soda, and drinking and talking. The only saving grace is the food isn't bad.. but it took 45 minutes for us to get our food from order to the table

I had a really bad experience for the first time being there. They seem to be really short in staff and and the wait time is pretty long. I went in with a group of 5 and waited for awhile, we eventually split up and 2 of us got seated right away. They didn't ask us for our drink options or what we wanted to eat, we then asked someone who are server was and we then proceeded to ask that person if he was serving us and he told us that we had a different server and said that they'll be right with us...we decided to wait a while longer to see if they were going to get to us after speaking to 2 different people... After another while we just got up and left realizing that even if we stood here, they most likely would've gaven us more problems. Very bad service & we could've spent our time elsewhere. (1 hour 30 min)

Can't go wrong with this place. So many options on level of taste. From Mild to Fire.

It took like 20 minutes to get our table of 6 after that it was all good. Marilyn our server was excellent food was good will be coming back. Thanks Marilyn!

Too much waiting. Need more servers. And the floor is disgustingly dirty.
