The food was great and the waitress was awesome,  however the manager or who ever he is, was not respectful or helpful what so ever. He does not know how to conduct himself in a professional manner when it comes to certain situations. My husband dropped his card the night we went, and didn't notice it was missing until we got home. So he called to see if it was there, and the lady told us that she just found it and that we could come pick it up at any time. So we went to pick it up the next day and the manager said no one found a card there, but the lady we talked to said yes she did find his card and that it was in the back. We told him that it was a card through his job, so the company name would be on it. The manager still refused to give him his card until we started to get more upset and the people noticed it. So we offered to call the company to verify the card, and that's when he finally let my husband have his card back.

I've been frequenting this particular Buffalo Wild Wings nearly every week since it opened in 2009-2010. Compared to other franchise locations, this location should be held in pretty low regard. They have constant turnover, and generally don't have satisfactory service. With that said, the food meets franchise standards and it's one of the quicker in-and-outs you find at a BWW's.

I didn't have wings. What I had wasn't great. The salad had a lot of old lettuce. I was told side salad was 1.90. They charged 4.90. Flat bread pizza was over cooked and cold. My friend didn't get her bacon on her cheese burger.

I have had mostly good experiences with this BWW.  I've been here several times, had a lot of great servers and food.  Last time I went here I went to watch a game, and my server started trying to hustle us out of there the minute we got in.  She gave us our bill almost immediately after we got our food without asking if we wanted another drink or anything.  An hour later she comes by and starts ranting about how her shift ended an hour ago (because we hadn't paid the bill).  Meanwhile I've been waiting for her to show up all this time because I want a drink.

I went here for my birthday and at a friend's request. Prices were high, but food was plentiful and excellent. On my birthday, I received a snack size portion of wings (much larger than I thought it would be), fried mushrooms, and a Carmel sundae for free just for signing up for e-club. Poker game on tablet is also very fun.
