I'm going to keep this simple. I help the Deaf. Being an interpreter is not easy. So the Big, Black, Woman (Jeanne) Behind the counter was not patient AT ALL! 
My wife goes first, then I interpret, then I order food. My wife asks "Can I pay my food with my husband?" The woman yells "No. You pay now!" Then yells at my DEAF friend THE SAME THING!--She should be FIRED.--
Here were some other problems, including photos! 
1. Ice Tea Container open--Gross.🤢 Someone can drop something in there!
2. Bathrooms were disgusting-- Sink looked just as clean as the Urinal! 
3. Food was old, but edible. -It was the only thing that was ok. We were hungry...

We love going to this store, staff is super friendly, portions are generous, food is ALWAYS great. We could go to Lake Geneva, Whitewater, or Janesville, as they are pretty much equal distance from our house, we choose to go to Janesville. If the tables are dirty, I ask to have it cleaned, don't bother me at all to ask.
