Independently owned and operated for over 20 years, “the Grill” has served quality food to discerning customers who enjoy fresh approaches to classic American Cuisine.

From fresh seafood, tender marinated chicken and fall-off-the-bone barbecued ribs, to a burger with more toppings than you can fit in your mouth – freshness and quality always prevail. We never take the shortcut or sacrifice quality for cost.

I went here with my aunt about a week ago and had an absolute blast. They have an extremely unique, varied selection of foods and I was pleased to see that they had some fairly delicious looking vegetarian options. Service was friendly and helpful if a little distant seeming, but the restaurant was PACKED that night and as a former waitress I felt for our server. I'll definitely go here again. Delicious food, family atmosphere, and probably the very best place to go if you want a real meal rather than chain-resaurant food. Again, keep in mind that the place seems to be a rather busy location, but it's that way for a reason :)

I love going to this place even if you go alone they have a nice back patio the food is always amazing and it's a nice atmosphere. I highly suggest everyone try this place. It's kind of a hidden secret from all the other food places.

Bad service. Bad food. Came at the beginning of dinner rush, was told there would be a 20-25 minute wait for a table, but I could eat at the bar. OK. As a single I often eat at the bar. After about five minutes a bartender noticed me sitting there, asked what I wanted, got me a water, a coffee, and a menu, and disappeared to the other end of the bar for the rest of my stay. So I sat there and waited. And waited. The guy apparently in charge of my end of the bar spent most of his time visiting with an obvious regular next to me, exchanging cold remedies or something. I had become invisible. i should have waited for a table. After about twenty minutes I was getting ready to toss a few bucks on the bar for the coffee and leave when a third bartender asked how I was doing. I told him I would really like to order. He took the order and the food came fairly promptly. The clam chowder is bottom third for the chowder around, but wasn't terrible. The highlight of the meal (as it turned out) was the little loaf of bread. So I was upset when the bartender took the last third of the loaf away when he took my chowder bowl without asking if I was done with it. The cod came. Worst fish fry I have had in years. The cod was tough and chewy. How do you even do that to fish? I regretted that my knife had disappeared with the bread because it was difficult to cut the fish with a fork. The breading was coarse and flavorless. The tartar sauce was straight out of the Sysco jar (or doing a good imitation of it). The cole slaw was blander than bland. I won't be back.

Excellent menu. You really can't go wrong. I had the steak with gorgonzola sauce, but sampled many other dishes in my couple of visits here. They go above and beyond to make excellent food.

Had the prime rib and ot was great. I have never had a bad experience. Wait staff is great, there never make a fuss over my special needs
