Absolutely disgusting! I received a menu that was covered in sauce and who knows what else . I ordered a salad it came with garlic toast the garlic toast was clearly left over!! I look at the salad in detail and see that over half of it is Brown and old. I took it up to the front received poor customer service and their only offer was to make me a new salad. Normally if it was an innocent mistake that will be all right but who would send that out!? I could not trust somebody in that kitchen if they would send that out to a customer right off.

Walk in and requested a booth. Was told none were available. After looking they had 6 dirty booths and nobody cleaning them. Service is absolutely pathetic. Tip to BBW hire some damn bus boys. Ridiculous.

For a few people as there where here it was still a very long wait for cold food. This is the second time I've had this experience at a BWW. Never again will I come here...

Wings and sauce section are great.  That being said, it reminds you of a loud atmosphere bar, not great for people dining.  Service is on the slower side.

Good beer good wings good TV's.  Music is a little loud.. wish they would have to volume instead of bad music.
