We went recently, twice, and was less than wowed. It used to be one of my favorite places.  This place needs a serious update in decor and food. Steak was great, cooked and seasoned right. Lobster was like a dog chew toy minus the squeaker. The campfire potatoes tasted like they had sat around a while. If we hadn't paid as much as we did, I don't think I would have been as upset. There are nice touches that make this place stand out (breads, strawberry butter,  quality steaks). However, now we can go to a certain Roadhouse chain and get that and pay less than half.

All meals come with the salad bar which is really nice! I liked the fish and fowl where you have the option of fried fish or broiled fish, I chose the latter and it was very well done! My colleagues ate beef fillet and theirs was also delicious! Highly recommended for food, decor & service!

Nice atmosphere, soft background music and you can have nice conversation with your fellow diners. 

Great selection of entrees, wine and drinks. Friendly service. You won't go away hungry, you may take some of it home.

Montana Jack's is one of the best places to eat in the QCA? THE SERVICE is second to none! The atmosphere is super! The prices are a little high, but the taste makes up for it!

Worst service I’ve ever had; waited over 1.5 hrs for food. My steak was not medium rare- it was well done. While walking away from the salad bar a waitress spilled someone else drinks on me and don’t say sorry- told me to watch out . HOW RUDE.  Then my other half started feeling very ill and so I asked for a check and the waitstaff took 20 minutes to get it to me. I will never go back with how expensive and rude that horrible experience was.
