I love this place. Great atmosphere, love the servers. People whine about dirtiness and seating arrangements. First and foremost its a sports bar people, not a proper diner. Seating that's why there is a host up front, he/she has to seat you in order for your waitress or waiter to know you're there. I think its a great place to unwind and enjoy some beer wings and football.

Food is good but have had several issues with to go orders. Today I decided to leave a review since we are waiting for the order to be re done again. Went over the order 3 times on the phone still missing one entire meal, 2 side veggie boats, and 2 of the other meals had wrong sauces. However they got one order right a plain kids meal. Word of advice ensure you check your food before you leave.

By far the worst service I've ever had at a bww location. The bartender clearly didn't give two craps about the customers.  She wouldn't allow any substitutions for things on the menu which other locations have done. Won't be going back to this location any time soon.  And having a lazy bartender that disappears for extended periods when the place is clearly empty is uncalled for. Get better employees.

The food is not great, but most of my displeasure comes from a corporate level. However, I ordered a split order of wings, and literally an entire half of wings was cold! 
The main problem is the staff. They are unprofessional and are always hanging around. The carry on and curse loud enough for customers to hear, very unsavory atmosphere. Aliyah is the worst. She sat there and ate Cheetos out of a bag in front of customers, licked her fingers and served the food. 
Management doesn't seem to care about people disliking the all too casual wait staff. Really inconsiderate. Also, they tend to say things that are misleading. For example: "you can get two appetizers for the price of one" while I'm looking at the happy hour menu. No, not two for the happy hour, price, but the non discounted price. Not false, just very misleading to the customer.
Unfortunate experience.

Worst bartender and bar service. Talked to the waitresses and never once asked me about my food or spoke to me other than "want your check". Never be back here
