This is one of the best restaurants I've ever had the blessing of going to. Do not listen to any reviews of negativity in reference to this restaurant. They serve some of the best food I've ever had in my entire life, and I will continue to go here as long as they continue to stay open. 

Anyone looking for some amazing food, you have to look no further then Peter Chang's.

The elusive chef Peter Chang has been written up in all major food magazines and hunted down by all food writers from all over the world! 
He has finally settled down in Virginia with at least 5 amazing restaurants! We eat at the Fredericksburg location a lot! This is True CHINESE FOOD! not that Americanized Chinese you see all over! 
My favorite is the New Zealand Lamb chops with scallion sauce! Always cooked Med rare for me and the meat falls off the bone with the scallion sauce adding just the right amount of difference! Delicious and Delectable!
My husband loves the Szechuan twice cooked pork! It melts I your mouth with just the right amount of heat!
Spring rolls are like no other I've ever had!  The dumplings are to die for!
This restaurant is worth the drive no matter where you live or visit one of the locations near you for some life changing food!

We love all the Peter Chang's and have tried a majority of them (Williamsburg still a favorite). Always pretty awesome fare for food, and incredibly pleasant waitstaff.

I usually love Peter Chang's but I feel like the quality has slowly declined since the first time I visited in 2015. And why do the soup steamed buns keep getting smaller and smaller?!
It is still the best Chinese place in town though.

The food is delicious! Was not expecting to have such quality Chinese food! A little pricey, but sometimes that's what you have to pay for quality! It was definitely some of the best Chinese food I've ever had!
