My wife and I have been going here for years with family and friends but I never did a review, well it is time to do it. We find Smokey Bones as one of the best restaurants to sit down in the area to get good food. This establishment has a bar and is still family friendly at the same time.  The staff has always been friendly and a few times the manager or owner have walked around and asked how the food is or any questions. I have not varied my choice on what I eat here to much since their specialty is "Pulled Pork" which I absolutely think is the best in the area and at a reasonable price.

My family and I did not have a good experience. After we ordered our food 2 other tables (who had been seated after us and ordered after us) got there food before we did.. One group was a bigger group. Another table was seated before us and didn't even get waited on until after we were. We  watched a server (I believe his name is Justin) run laps around the 2 female servers. Since the Manager never bothered to come back and do a follow up with us I'll be calling the District Manager. They weren't even busy one section and some of the bar had people. If this is what they call busy (which was the excuse the server gave for our food not coming) I'd hate to really see them busy. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

My family and I came here to enjoy a nice meal but fell subject to racial discrimination. As we waited about 15 min to be served we noticed most white customers being served first. Even though we were waiting way before them. Time had went by and the white customers even got there appetizers. We still hadn't gotten any service. I getting fed up went to find someone to help us. I exclaimed that "My feelings are hurt" After that someone finally arrived to take our order! So far Joseph has provided excellent service. Only 2 stars because I really felt my family was discriminated against and thats not cool. I hope this never happens again.

I have went multiple time and have gotten my order screwed up, not only that but the screwed up order turns out to be bad. I get it people screw up however on multiple occasions it's just inexcusable. Bad service accompanied by badly prepared food.

Visited Smokey Bones this weekend their French dip sandwich was amazing, and Joseph was so helpful with all the questions we had about the menu. My friend got the ribs and those were also very delicious! Will definitely be back
