Solid wings and polite waiters. Atmosphere is great if you're in to sports; it's okay otherwise. Clientele can be rambunctious but never rowdy or rude. Everything is a bit overpriced but you'll probably enjoy yourself here. I recommend the cheese curds with the southwestern ranch.

Edit: Since writing this review they have removed any and all specials on bone-in wings and replaced them with boneless deals exclusively; reducing the value of the food tremendously. If you want cheap chicken nuggets just go to McDonald's. Otherwise everything I mentioned earlier still stands.

The highlight of my visit was the fries which were crisp and piping hot. Ordered the Cheese Curd Bacon burger. I'm sure the patty & curds came from a frozen box in the walk in. Much like their wings, it was marginal bar food at best.

Sat at the bar and our server was inattentive to say the least. If she was in the weeds I would understand, but she had maybe 1/2 a dozen guests. Her service area was right in front of us, so when she made a drink for someone else it was an ideal opportunity to look at us, smile, and ask if we wanted something else. Instead our empty glasses went unfilled and there was rarely and acknowledgment of our presence. Her "service" fell under the label of "customer neglect." 

Speaking of customer neglect there was a manager sitting at a table occupying our bartender and a server's time along with another employee (maybe a shift supervisor) who did a fantastic job of holding up the other end of the bar. He didn't move for a majority of the hour we were there or lift a finger to help.

It's been a while since I was last in a B-Dubs. This experience just put the nail in the coffin. I'll spend my discretionary dollars elsewhere.

Wings were cool. Got the spicy garlic and wish it had more sauce but it's fine. We didn't dine in. The person who took my order was really nice. It was busy so 25 min wait for to go but I can't complain. You have to try the spicy garlic sauce.

I wish I could put 0 stars. 
We have given this particular location over 5 chances. The first time we had hair in our wings. The second and third time we only went back because we had a "free" voucher because the 1st time was so bad. The 4th time the wait time on food was ridiculous. 
 Tonight was the final time we will ever go into this Buffalo Wild Wings Location. 
We had to wait to be greeted, then after being brought out drinks we had drank them entirely and were never offered a refill. Our Fried Pickle appetizer came, and they were cold and the dough (batter of the pickles) was not cooked. We could literally mush it back to the batter. After waiting for our server for over 15 minutes, and not seeing our server-- We finally got up to leave. Only as we were walking out the door did the manager ask why we were leaving. This is definitely not good service.

Every time I have visited this location my order was either wrong or cold. The service is no better. The staff seems hostel and genuinely lack the basic customer service skills.
