Im from New York City and I’m here on business. I ordered a pizza on Grubhub from this place. I am in a hotel room in the Sheraton. I did not notice that it said baking required for this is not a usual thing that I have to look for when ordering a pizza. After the very nice delivery guy brought me a uncooked raw pizza with uncooked cheese bread he asked do you have an oven? I laughed and said no. He then said that they do not cook the pizza. I told hem I can’t take this he then said ok just call GrubHub and they can give you a refund. So he left with the pizza and cheese bread. When I talked to GrubHub they said the stores manager will not give me a refund because it says on the menu baking require. I told the GH representative I did not see that on the menu and since for the 39 years I have been on this planet this has never been a problem or something to look for. The GH representative gave me the refund but this was a simple mistake and i feel the manager at this place just ruined any chances of me ever returning or ordering from this place again.
