This was my first trip here. There were only about 2 other tables when we arrived so we expected to be served quickly, but that did not happen. The service was poor -- there were more servers than customers and no one bothered to help clean up my kid's spilled drink. Our server kept leaving to do something, but would forget the reason. For example, she went to get my kid another drink but I had to ask several more times when she came back. We asked if the chili queso dip had meat (it does) but when she came back, she forgot to tell us. The food took about 45 minutes to come out and then 3 out of 7 of the orders were incorrect. The food was all right, but my regular chicken patty somehow ended up being spicy and contained jalapeños, which I would never order. I did not send it back because I didn't want to wait another hour.

It’s an alright BDubs with nice servers but the thing I have an issue with is that for takeout, they take forever. My friend and I ordered Medium Honey BBQ wings for takeout and they took over 35 mins. I like this BDubs but they’re just so slow, however I do understand that they’re busy at times but I personally think that waiting over 35 mins is ridiculous. I would love it but they just need to hurry it up.

Service was great! Our server Evan was amazing! Great and best service from him! my siblings and I were amazed how awesome he was! Literally the wings were delicious!
