Usually come here due to its location near the stores my wife and I shop at. But lately it seems like they can't order enough to keep up with orders. Last night the ran out of pasta. So literally a wasted trip. Come back the next day and they have pasta but no yogurt? It seems like they stay stocked till 2 pm. Which is funny considering they stay open 8 more hours.

The quality is consistently good, excellent service. This great burger does not taste like others. I am certain you know what I mean. There is always line in drive through, for me that tells me a lot. Look around the town and you can understand their food is top notch in my opinion.

Took 30 minutes for our food to come out. When it did, it arrived on dirty dishes with dirty silverware. When I took the food back, I was I formed that the dirty dishes were just because their gloves were dirty when playing the food. 😒 When the new food was replated, I was called to pick it up at the counter myself.

We tend to go at night and we don't go very often because I've noticed the night crew hates being there which is totally understandable, no one wants to work late in the night but it's also a cause for concern because those type of people don't really care about the consequences of their actions. Like chewing off their fingernail and putting it in our salad. I'm generally proper when talking to people, so, I'm not sure what triggered their action. But I won't be eating at this particular Panera anymore. If you'd like the picture of the fingernail or even the nail itself, I have it in a sandwich bag for you guys. Disgusting. Update: I went in yesterday and the whole time the manager was making excuses instead of just apologizing. And instead of refunding the whole reciept, she only refunded my salads which I'll let you know I never finished my meal and drink because the fingernail made me lose my appetite. And sure I was only want my refund but she didn't go above and beyond like the reciept says up top...terrible customer service.
