The manger lastnight - white lady with tattoos was EXTREMELY RUDE! I honestly think she was on drugs she was making faces at me smfh! All I wanted to do was pay for my food and she shut the window! Can a general manager please Contact me Because I’m not a person go get my character because I was hungry and she wouldn’t help me for no reason! I just ordered a burrito with no meat and they gave me meat and the manager wouldn’t return it! Smh sorry ! Don’t hire people on drugs so unHealthy for some reason she kept showing her green tooth idk. I’ll never return thanks

My boyfriend and I went for breakfast two weeks ago and we for got to review. It was his first time going in the morning and like my 100th time. Haha. Anyway, they guy at the register looked like he was having to do everyone's job so this review does not include him as I sympathize with him. It seemed as though they were training someone new in the kitchen because every order was missing something and it was taking a very long time to get the orders out. I ordered coffe and it was scortching hot and tasted like it was burned. They only had creamer from a pump in the back whereas usually they have little creamers out by the fountain drinks. I wasn't too happy at this point. Then a minor issue of missing something we ordered and it was fixed fast. Then whwn I was eating my food it looked like there was hair in it. At this point I was too irritated to deal with people so we just left and we won't be going back.

it seems like everytime I go to this Taco Bell there's always an issue with the food or the service. Today was no exception. they apparently messed up my order and send it to someone else. Besides redoing the other person's order they had to redo mine. Fair they did have one new person comma but they also had three other people working with this person. As of a result, I was there a few minutes longer than I should have been. Also, they had no napkins available at for customers. They also had no register tape to print out receipts. Like I said, it seems like these type of issues are now a common occurrence with this location.

Drive through takes way too long. Even when I'm the only person in drive through. With only 2-3 guest inside.
