I came here because I got good grades on my report card. When we got there, there were 7 empty tables. 4 six person tables only had 2 people in each of them. We had 5 in our party so we asked if 2 tables could be pushed together. She said that that was not possible. She then proceeded putting us at a table in the corner right on top of another family. My father asked to see a manager. After 5 minutes he finally showed up. He said his name was Patrick at least 7 times. He gave us his life story then asked what the problem was. My father then explained what the problem was. The manager then told my dad not to get loud with him. I gonna say something my dad said it strictly not loud. This other lady came up and complained about how it took 20 minutes to bring ranch dressing and an hour to bring her food. We then got out of there as fast as we could. Defiantly never coming to this location again.

Visited the Holly Springs location on July 1st around 9pm. When we got there the place was dead not even remotely close to being busy. We were promptly taken to our seats and that was the only good. Sat at the table for 20+ minutes before anyone came to get our drinks. Once getting our drinks we waited another 10+ minutes to order food with our waitress MIA. As we sat waiting, other waitresses and waiters would walk by looking or just hanging out talking with each other or cleaning. As we sat and waited we saw other customers be seated and served before ordering our drinks. After about a total time 30-40 minutes in the restaurant we left. This was hands down the worst restaurant experience we ever had. We have never been the type of people that walks out due to slow or bad service. We try to work with and understand the issues at hand. However, something about the way we were treated tonight was off putting so we walked out. Will not be returning anytime soon or at all in the future. However, Chili's had no issues getting our drinks and food order to us in a timely manner with outstanding service. We recommend Chili's over Buffalo Wild Wings any day.

First time ever going to BWW and was disappointed. We waited forever for our food. The place wasn’t busy for a Thursday and service wasn’t all that great either. Once I got my food it contained a bad after taste.

Good food, nice flavor. Fun to watch all the different sports. Wings are great. Love the tablets for the kids to occupy themselves while waiting for food. Free tablet games and each kid has their own tablet to play. Service has been good, we have had hit and miss. Only issue is it's always cold so bring a jacket so you don't freeze.

We were excited to eat here since it at been a while, but was disappointed. When we walked in the restaurant there was no one to greet us, but just awkward stares from a few staff members sitting at a table. Once seated our waitress greeted us, brought drinks and then proceeded to the table a down from us to sit and chat with her fellow coworker. Our food took a good bit to come out and was cold. Not only that, but she forgot to put our wings in. (We literally ordered an app, 2 kids meals and wings that's it.) It took close to an hour for our wings and when they came out they were the wrong kind. She apologized several times, and ended up taking the wings off the bill which we appreciated. It seems a real lack of quality management. It was not very busy so I would hate to see what happens when it is.
