I was impressed to begin with but then you must have stepped on a banana peel because you went downhill quickly. The appetizer was perfect with just the right amount of jalapeno, the drinks were always full and cold and I could not have asked for a more perfectly cooked steak for twice the price. However, the carrots were obviously left unattended while cooking because they were either overcooked, undercooked or perfect. There was no consistency in their preparation. For dessert I chose the apple pie. The first slice was delivered swimming in what appeared to be caramel sauce. It had to have been overcooked because I have never seen caramel sauce so dark. Needless to say that slice was sent back immediately. The second slice, without caramel sauce, was delivered so hot that after one bite the roof of my mouth is burned. Adding insult to injury (pun intended) there was no offer to remove the charge for the apple pie that was delivered twice unsuccessfully from the bill.

This Texas Roadhouse is fantastic would definitely recommend and will be returning. Even though it was busy service was extremely fast, food was on the table within five minutes of ordering. Restaurant is clean and food was great. Service is above excellent our waiter Eric was top notch, one of the best servers I have ever had. Refills were there before I even thought about them. Eric was so attentive anything running low he noticed and offered to bring more. Checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied and was very knowledgeable. One of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

Food was good. Steak was cooked perfectly. Shrimp with drawn butter was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. The only drawback was the volume of the country music. We had to talk very loud to hear each other, then at times, the staff would turn it up louder to perform a dance. Then we had to yell at each other. Too noisy for a family dinner experience.

Oh. My. God. Forget my review, GO HERE FOR DINNER RIGHT NOW. You will not regret it! Now for those interested in why I of all people would give this five stars... I shall elaborate. The food was hot and delicious. Despite the place being packed to the brim with people, the food came out quickly and it was HOT! Every single order was correct and cooked perfectly. Their service was excellent on all counts. Greeters, bus boys, servers, bartenders, managers, cooks, EVERY LAST PERSON was on point. More specifically, our server Angelica was bubbly, funny, and one of the best servers I've ever seen. If we needed a refill, BAM it was there. Needed more bread? BOOM it was on the table before I even blinked. At one moment in the night the staff stopped to display a short dance in the middle of the restaurant, clearly having fun with their jobs. The service didn't even stop during this dance, so don't try to tell me that it takes away from the experience. If anything that dance put a massive smile on my face. The teamwork being poured into this place is obvious to see, and I really hope it doesn't go anywhere anytime soon. I can see now why people are willing to wait two hours at the door to get in, because now I am one of those people.

Fantastic! Allie waited on us and she's awesome! One of the BEST waitresses! Great atmosphere, food is awesome, great service! Table was bussed right away! EVERY time we come we leave impressed!
