Server was a real gem... but we ordered additional food to go and they screwed that up badly! Ordered small buffalo boneless wings (BOGO) and the small side order of onion rings. Told by server we could order the side onion rings. When we get the order we were charged for a very large onion rings vs side order. Had other plans so paid the 8 or 9 dollar difference. Get home later - lo and behold - 1 small order of sparsely & erratically seasoned wings, side order of onion rings and large onion rings! Had to advise mgmnt twice that at least 1 of the 3 ladies room bathroom doors was locked with no one using it. Excessively loud. Probably won't be going back...

Love, however they have reduced their serving sizes on the traditional wings. Use to be groups of 5 now it's 4 so when a large would have been 20 you loosing 4 wing.. disappointed bc of that but still love the wings

Great food, great service, and great staff for our first ever here (my son's 10th bday request) ... Sad I couldn't really hear the girls name over the cheering  but the noise is expected since its game season and it's a sports place anyhow we ordered our food and we had it with in minutes even though they had a packed house. Can't wait to come back!.

Going into an establishment it should always be best customer service. The bartender Danielle continue to laugh and smirk in our faces. After there was an issue with the amount of the bill and liquor being served. John the Manager did end up cutting off one of our friends, there was four of us and we all left together. But it is ridiculous that these little girls think they know better then grown women. We will never recommend this place again.

If you are familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings, this location will not dissapoint. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Conveniently located near the airport on the way north to Phoenix. Try their lunch Pick 2 menu.
