Be prepared for a wait every time you come! Tonight it was so busy the inside and outside were packed with people waiting. The last two times my porterhouse steak was cooked way less than I ordered. My kids didn't like their kids meals so that was frustrating. The Mac n cheese looked like dry Kraft mac n cheese and their "buttered corn" had practically a tablespoon of black pepper in each serving. My mixed vegetables were dry hard broccoli and carrots that were cooked for maybe a minute. My husband's green beans were drowning in some buttery oil substance. The rolls are always hot and served with delicious honey cinnamon butter though. There's always a loud crowd and sports playing on TV so be prepared for that. The things I have found consistent are the rolls, honey cinnamon butter, salad, fries, ranch, armadillo bites and chili (it's a bit spicy though). I find steaks at Outback to be more buttery and flavorful than Texas Roadhouse.

Server was nice. Hot food but it took a while even though it was not crowded. The ribs were ok. Shrimp & bbq chicken delicious. Hair was in my fried chicken but they replaced it quickly.

For the first time (after many years) of coming to Texas Roadhouse I can say we got excellent service.  Crystal was our server and she went above and beyond on her customer service.  We will definitely come back and ask for her personally.!!! Very happy!!!

Great food for the price. There is typically a wait, but the staff does a great job getting to you as soon as possible.

Food is always good, if it isnt send it back they will fix it and a manager usually brings it back out. Service is also usually either good or excellent if for any reason it isnt take that survey, talk to a manager or call the store manager later.
